Grievance Committee

Objectives
A Grievance redressal committee has been formed in our college to settle genuine grievances of students, staff, and parents up to a satisfactory level so as to create a healthy relationship among the students, parents employees, and employer. The grievance will include any matter relating to students and staff. The committee is requested to contribute effectively to dispose of the grievances at the earliest.
Rules
- To deal with the genuine grievances of students and staff members of the college
- All complainants should file their grievances either by writing in paper to the committee or through mail on gdcdhp.grievance@outlook.com
- The committee will meet at least once a month to resolve the grievances
- To take a conclusive decision and submit its recommendations to the deciding authority for the removal of alleged grievances
- The student/staff shall bring up his grievance in a prescribed format immediately to the grievance cell without fail. The number of grievances settled or pending will be reported to the principal every month.
Procedure
- A complaint box is provided on the ground floor of the academic block of the college for the students.
- Similarly, another complaint box is provided in the administrative block of the college for the staff.
- Besides complaint boxes, the complainants can send their grievances through mail to gdc.dhp.grievance@outlook.com or can even WhatsApp us on the following numbers 7006931594 (Dr. Nadiya Muzaffar, Convener GRC) and 7006253342 (Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, Co-convener GRC)
- All grievances referred to the grievance redressal committee shall be entered into a register by a designated member.
- All complaints should be resolved within a time frame by looking into its seriousness and by a two-way approach
- The result of the grievance will be informed to the complainant within the time period defined.
- Any staff/student may report to the principal directly for resolving their grievances if he or she is dissatisfied with the GRC.
